Dr. Manuel Gutierrez will analyze and give you a personal over the phone consultation identifying your gold’s and understanding your needs, then he will give you suggestions of procedures that will best answer your needs, He will guide you with pre operative instructions, and also possible studies necessary to have safe procedure and a successful result.
Ones you fell comfortable with His suggestion He will transfer you to one of our patient facilitator and get a quote, you will be able to select a convenient date and book your fly information, and it will be pas to our driver, He will pick you up at San Diego Airport (only 20 min drive from our facility) if your fly is early you will go direct to the clinic for blood work and a formal consultation, were the Dr. will address all of your questions and final preparations, you will be take by our nurses and begin the preoperative preparations, ones you are ready you will meet the anesthesiologist, and he will explain the technique.
The procedure is perform, ones completed you pas to recovery room and later on you will be transfer to a comfortable room were you will take light meals on the evening , you will have a RN for evening care. The next day the Dr. will check on you. Most of our patients decide to spend couple of days in the Hotel across the street, and every day the driver will take you to the clinic for follow up visit. You will be discharge of the clinic with post operative instructions, prescription and medications, garments and special bra. The staff will book your next appointment for follow up, if you are not able to come it is advisable to notify your primary care physician if he is wiling to remove drainage or stitches as Dr. suggest.
