Dear Dr Gutiérrez, Anna, and Staff, I wanted to take some time to thank you for all you have done for my physical and mental self.  Dr. Gutiérrez~ Thank you for taking the time to explain all procedures that would be performed on me.  You went above and beyond what any other doctor in the States had done in the past.  You addressed issues that I was having before I said anything about those issues.  You were able to surgically remove unwanted skin in places that doctors in the States wanted to do a separate procedure for.  I will be back to have my arms and waist done also.  I am three weeks post op at this time and I am very happy with the results.  I know that I am still swollen but, already I love the new me.  I never thought that I would have a tummy as flat as it is now and I am thrilled to have breasts that are not looking at the equator.  After loosing over 200 pounds, I know you had "a lot to work with".

  You did a fabulous job.  I feel I will have a lot more self confidence when I decide to start dating again.  I dreaded the idea of anyone seeing me with all that extra skin.  Thank you for showing me your credentials and letting me know you are Board Certified to perform these surgeries and all the training you have had.  That was a great relief to me.  Talking with you, from the very beginning, showed me that you have great care and concern for your patients.  Your facilities were very clean and very comfortable to be in.  I did stay the night and was very happy with the attention that I was given.  Not just attention to me but my well being and my comfort.  Your bedside manner is phenomenal.  Even when you would see me trying to walk around, you gave me encouragement.  Thank you for making me feel more relaxed as you took out my stitches and drain tubes.  I had had staples taken out of me but not stitches and I was very nervous.  You worked me as smoothly as you work a scalpel to make me relax.  Thank you!!!!! 

 

Anna~Thank you for all the help you gave to me.  You had every answer I needed every time I called.  I really enjoy talking with you.  I know you have been with Dr. Gutiérrez for at least 4 years, because you were there when my sister had her tummy tuck and breast lift.  You show great professionalism in all you do.  Dr. Gutiérrez, I am sure, is proud to have you running his office.  Fernando was a great driver.  He was nice to talk with also.  He shared some of his life with me while waiting to get through the border and answered all questions I had about the area.  I don't know the name of the nurses that I had but they were all very attentive.  Please tell them "Thank you!" for me.  I have been hospitals on two other occasions, and this was the best experience I have had.  I know some people are afraid to cross the border, but I never felt afraid.  I felt safe the entire time.  I will recommend you to everyone I know.  I have been passing your card to anyone who says they would like to have cosmetic surgery.
